The purpose of the dealer control committee is to act as a liason between the public and coin dealers who are CAND members. If you have a complaint with a CAND member, please contact the executive secretary. She will pass on your information to the Chairman of the Dealer Control Committee.

When describing your complaint, please ensure that the dealer has first been given an opportunity to respond. Should this fail, please try to be as specific as possible, and fax a copy of any invoices, registered mail slips and correspondence you may have. Indicate what settlement you are seeking. The D.C.C. will look at each problem and attempt to find a solution. Any decision made by the committee is binding on the dealer.
